UNC Health had invested in a system-wide electronic medical records system and sought new ways to harness data to improve the quality and cost of care.

Work: Build the strategy, secured funding, and built an advanced team of more than 40 AI and analytics professionals.

Impact: UNC Health became one of the first healthcare systems in the world to be recognized by HIMSS at the highest level of analytical maturity.

Innovating in Industry Solutions

SAS needed a new life sciences and healthcare solutions strategy to demonstrate how advanced analytics and data sciences could transform the industry.

Work: Revamped the product development roadmaps, built a global industry practice, and launched an industry innovation think tank.

Digital Transformation of Clinical Research

IQVIA (Quintiles Transnational) had grown through acquisitions and needed greater scale and efficiency in its clinical trials services.

Work: Developed and executed a comprehensive digital transformation program for clinical research using internal product development, EDC software, and strategic partnerships.

Impact: Help establish the organization as a global leader in electronic clinical trials.

Automation of Clinical Research

GSK (GlaxoWellcome) was experiencing delays in clinical research data processing because of manual study set-up activities.

Work: Developed a new software product and data architecture to expedite clinical research systems readiness.

Impact: The software reduced a four-week process to 30 minutes and won a CEO award for innovation.
