IQVIA (Quintiles Transnational) had grown by acquisitions and needed more scale and efficiency in their clinical trials services.
Work: Developed and executed a comprehensive clinical research digital transformation program using a combination of internal product development, EDC software, and strategic partnerships.

Automation of Clinical Research
GSK (GlaxoWellcome) was experiencing delays in clinical research data processing due to manual study set-up activities.
Work: Developed a new software product and data architecture designed to expedite clinical research systems readiness.
