I was super excited to give a keynote address in the healthcare track of this years Predictive Analytics World. Though I’m not necessarily a fan of Las Vegas (I find it hard to be in a statistical field and still get excited about gambling), I knew the event would draw a lot of like-minded data and analytics enthusiasts, and of course it did not disappoint. You can find my slides here.
The event gave me the opportunity share some of the work that we’ve been doing at UNC Health Care — both in terms of analytical projects, but also in terms of team, organizational, and process development. I also got to hear a lot about the amazing work other organizations are undertaking. Thanks to everyone for sharing your ideas and learnings!
